On most pages in Eyenalyze, users can utilize a Guided Demo to learn about what functions are available on that page. You can access the Guided Demo by selecting “Help” in the top right corner, then selecting “Guided Demo.”
You can navigate the Guided Demo by clicking the “Next” and “Previous” buttons, or you can use the left and right arrow keys on the keyboard.
From any page on Eyenalyze the user can quickly access the Dashboard or a specific Hub by selecting the respective quick link located below the restaurant name.
The first symbol is for the Dashboard, then the Sales Hub, Inventory Hub, Labor Hub, and Profit Hub respectively.
On each Hub on the Dashboard there is a chevron symbol on the right hand side that acts as a drop down menu that allows the user to quickly access a specific fuse within that hub.
Some pages on Eyenalyze have a wrench icon that allows users to further edit or manipulate the platform.
This wrench icon is called the Edit Menu. It is always located next to the title of the page.
Eyenalyze contains four hubs that show the four main aspects restaurant owners look at when managing a restaurant. These hubs are represented by four color coded tabs. Sales is represented by blue, Inventory is represented by yellow, Labor is represented by red, and Profit is represented green. These colors are consistent throughout the platform.
The Dashboard will automatically open up to Sales. As you navigate through the tabs, the colors and data will change to show what hub you are viewing. Each hub has its own personalized set of charts and graphs used to present data for your restaurant on the dashboard. Each hub also has its own menu of functions called the fuse panel, that can be reached by clicking the header for each hub.
One of the great features of Eyenalyze is the date range function. When you first open Eyenalyze, yesterday’s data will load by default. You can navigate the date range box and either select a predetermined date range, or you can manually select a start and end date by selecting the desired dates on the calendars. When you change the date range, the data throughout Eyenalyze will update to represent the selected date range. Restaurant owners and managers can use this to view their restaurants information for a specific day, month, or even the past year.
